2019 AFCA NAIA COACHES' SECOND TEAM ALL-AMERICAN: LB Kevin Brown, Sr., Dickinson St. (N.D.),...Kevin Brown was a bulldog on the defensive side of the ball for the Blue Hawks. He led the Blue Hawk defense with 46 solo and 45 assisted tackles for a total of 91 at the Linebacker position. Brown recorded three tackles for loss for 7.5 yards and also had an interception. "Kevin is exactly how we would invision a Blue Hawk Linebacker," said Stanton. "His preparation for himself and his teammates for each game was amazing. He always did what we asked of him and he always gave 100 percent on each play. Kevin's two years in a Blue Hawk uniform have been great and we are very excited he earned this recognition in his senior year." - Dickinson State Football

VandeBossche tallied 31 solo tackles and 34 assisted tackles for a total of 65 tackles in the 2019 season.
